Your interests. Your concerns. Your next steps.
Ten voices, grouped by the themes that came up most clearly.
Workflow designI'm in finance, so if I'm doing any deep analysis, I have a skill. If I have to look at a financial model, I call it my Goldman Banker skill. I also have a McKinsey consultant agent and an FP&A director agent. I chain them together into a super finance agent.
Salman
Workflow designMy use case has revolved more around coding. When I'm building applications, I have a skill for a business analyst, a tester, a coder, an architect, and a UI designer. I daisy-chain all of that together to get a development team going.
Muhammad
Governance firstWe want to and have begun embracing AI in day-to-day operations, but our biggest concern is HIPAA compliance. That's where we're at right now, working on the POS system for General Store and Kitchen.
Derek
Operational valueWe want to create better efficiencies. We've implemented AI in CRM and some operational platforms, like fall detection. From a sales and marketing standpoint, we've been using AI for various functions, but not across all disciplines.
Sidarany
Resident storyWe are developing a prototype to use an agent to take the resident life story, and then a second agent for leadership use, to leverage that data.
Adriene
Personal productivityUsing my meetings, emails, files, and chats, summarize the major initiatives I have been involved in over the last 12 months.
Ralf
Data readinessStart to add questions around data readiness. You can't get to the next level without data. How are you looking at your data? How are you governing it? That's where the complexity resides, at the enterprise level.
Marco
Learning postureMy company is a small organization, and I wear many hats. I need to understand it better before I can direct others on compliance and how to use it. I joined to hear from a trustworthy source.
Melissa
ReadinessAs an organization, we're very progressive from a technology standpoint, so anything we can do to be prepared, count us in. Looking forward to learning more.
Lizzy
Enterprise thinkingI'm trying to create a skill that helps my team get better at answering questions and priorities, thinking like an owner first, and approaching things from an ROI perspective. If we don't start with the problem, we won't prioritize well for the enterprise.
Judy
Individuals centered in Adopting. Organizations centered in Enabling.
Adopting. The center of gravity is personal use, practical experimentation, and workflow help that saves time right away.
Enabling. The organizations represented here are building permissions, norms, and data conditions that can support broader use.
Move from use to operating model. Governance, tool access, and value measurement belong beside the use cases.
Center of gravity: Level 3 Adopting.
Center of gravity: Tier 3 Enabling.
A note on the tiers. This baseline uses a 3-point scale per question, which reliably separates Exploring, Enabling, and Transforming organizations but not finer gradations within the top band, so we report Transforming as a single tier rather than manufacture a precision the instrument doesn't support. A higher-resolution version is in design for future cohorts. This cohort keeps v1.0 through its October re-measurement, because a stable instrument is what makes before-and-after change trustworthy.
